Young mothers supported in Toulon by GIP FIPAN

In May 2024, GIP FIPAN, the French partner in the WHOW project, supported young mothers by organising coaching workshops, training sessions and the job-shadowing event in collaboration with childhood professionals. These activities took place over a two-week period on the premises of CIDFF Var in Toulon, FIPAN’s partner in this initiative. During these meetings, some young mothers came accompanied by their young children. These initiatives enabled the participants to boost their self-confidence, develop their digital and office skills, and become more open to others. They were also introduced to all the tools developed as part of the project, such as the online training modules and the E-CV SOFT SKILLS tool.
